I am not sure where this preliminary cover sketch is from. It is Robby Reed as Giant Boy battling Flash, Superman, and an unidentified character. It is setup like the old House of Mystery covers, with the Dial H circle and the word "Logo" penciled on the top fourth of the page. It might be an alternate cover design for the Dial H Siver Age 80-page Giant #1 that came out in 2000. At any rate, it is nice art by the legendary Jim Mooney.
