there are lot great and more expensive pages,splash pages or covers from Jae Lee/ Dark Tower, but i'm excited from this one ...................................................
the published page is in a collection by a other CAF member,but the unpublished page is brilliant,congenial, consequently for me good enough :-)....and the first appearance of Roland Deschain ........ and essential - the comic artpage to Stephen King's Dark Tower Novel legendary first opening lines : ....AND THE GUNSLINGER FOLLOWED.....

Great page! I thought long and hard on getting it myself when it first popped up on Splash Page. But can't get them all, even when you really want them:) Great pickup and a terrific score for you!

Nice piece! I'm the proud owner of the published versions of the first two pages. While extremely significant in terms of the story, they were amazingly affordable from an original art perspective. But I wouldn't trade them for the best Jae Lee cover or splash illustration. :)
