This was published in Wizard Magazine #217 (October 2009) as part of the interrior graphics to that issue. That issue featured Buffy the Vampire Slayer on the cover.

Within the Wizard Magazine issue, there was a countdown using these numbers, which were Buffy "Horror" themed images in the form of numbers, drawn by J. Scott Campbell (who also drew that issue's cover art). It's a unique piece and the perfect companion to the cover and something that can be appreciated by fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer as well as the artistry of J. Scott Campbell.
