Description

This is the first stage of adding the flesh tones. I apologize for the crudity of the photo but the flash would not capture everything so the color's not exact. I mixed vermillion red with some yellow ochre and chinese white - all watercolor blocks from Windsor Newton - for the skin, starting with a diluted shade for the basecoat, keeping in mind the light source.
