Ok, so I don't normally do this, but I'm so stoked about this piece. I just bought this as a Christmas gift to myself and am waiting for it to ship. I've loved Adam's style for a long time and hate that people keep flipping his art on ebay for a tidy sum. It eventually ended up in Adam not enjoying his time at cons and, ultimately, not sketching at cons. I was excited when he was announced as a Special Guest at NYCC 2011 (just to meet him), but then he had to pull out. I've seen his earlier work sell for hundreds of dollars on ebay (if not more so), but then came across this piece at a very affordable price. The ONLY reason I bought it (aside from the fact that AH rocks) is that it was drawn by Adam for charity at the 2011 WonderCon (or so the desciption says) and the seller, in turn, was donating a quarter of the sale price to the American Red Cross. So, in the spirit of the holidays, I at least donated to the Red Cross, rather than helped someone profit off of Adam's tireless efforts to please his fans.

It's cool that the book is CGC'd and all, but I'm very tempted to crack it open and get some other artists to add to Adam's work. Maybe it`ll end up as an Avengers jam piece (!).

Adam, you're the man, keep your head up!
