Silver Surfer vs. Silver Star by Andy Kuhn

In addition to being a Legion of Superheroes fan, I am a huge fan of anything by Jack Kirby. I discovered the Silver Star character back in the 90's from a couple of Topps and really wanted to see more of the character. I read the original Kirby run and saw just how crazy powerful he was. I'm very happy to see him showing up again recently in the Dynamite comics. Anyway, this was a random idea of throwing together two of Kirby's most powerful creations who both happen to have "Silver" in their names. And Andy knocked it out of the park! I love that Silver Star has flew onto the other side of the Surfer's board and how both characters are crackling with Kirby dots but their energy blasts are distinctive. A huge thanks to Andy for another fantatsic commission!

Who would win this fight? I have absolutely no idea! They'd probably blow up the solar system! But if they ever do meet in comics, let's hope they get Andy to draw it!
