DescriptionI've always been a big fan of Andy's work since his X-Men days. His work always is nicely detailed, clean, and just flat out appealing to the eye. It's been a hard search finding a piece of his that I could finally lay my hands on, but it's finally here.One of the few covers I've always searched for that actually features Talia al Ghul. I feel fortunate that Andy was willing to part with this (was reminded of how much he doesn't like giving up his Batman works) as it's much more stunning in person than the actual colored cover itself. As usual, Andy's detail and line work in this piece is immaculate. Given that the image is taken in the rain at night, one would think the lines would drown the image out, but it clearly does not. I couldn't be happier to finally have my first AK piece. Thank you Jean for working with me on this and Andy for parting with it. Social/Sharing |

Rain at night: maybe one of the heavier challenges for an inker... And this is one gloriously won! Thanks for sharing such a wonderful B/W original, the color version really loses a lot of its magic.

A true beauty in it's original form (it was already quite impressive in color). Congrats on finding "the right one".

Stunning, great choice. Andy is one of my top 5 favourite artists and although I'm not a DC man I can completely see why this cover stands out.

I can't decide which Kubert brother I like more....Adam or Andy. This cover is making me think it's Andy!!!! Congrats on another great pick up.
