DescriptionThis is actually from the story entitled, "To Fight The Unbeatable Foe" from the "New Adventures of Superboy" by Kurt Schaffenberger and Dave Hunt. Superboy destroys one of his robots which malfunctions after getting too close to some lava. Cool story which retells the origin of the Superboy robots. Signed by Kurt in the second panel. On an earlier page, D.C. Editor Julie Schwartz explains that, "Years later cumulative Air Pollution would render the Superman robots inoperable"... That must have been some pretty toxic air quality...Social/Sharing |
