(MTV) This is a key setup (2 cels and the original matching watercolor background) from Beavis and Butthead episode 41 "Scratch 'N' Win" 1993. MTV's official seal is on one of the cels.

Here, Beavis and Butthead are celebrating their winning lottery ticket by playing air guitar in the gas station parking lot. A perfect example of these two idiots at their finest from the first year of the show!
