This new print belongs to a series I'm developing that addresses gender socializing through toys and advertisements. In these images I present classic ads from comic books and toy catalogs overlaid by photos of the action figure leftovers from my childhood, a juxtaposition that aims toward drawing attention to various aspects of specific gender conditioning, and ultimately exposing certain realities about Western popular culture and the indoctrination of our youth. "
