"I must do what Simon says" - Underdog and Simon Bar Sinister

Original 1964-1972 Underdog animation cells were produced in Mexico and apparently were "erased" and re-used, then when no longer viable - destroyed. As a result almost none still exist.

This cover (and issue) adapts the classic "Phoney Booths" cartoon episode.

Penciled and inked By Frank Johnson of "Boner's Ark" comic strip fame.
