Description

Incredible double-page spread by the very talented Mitch Ballard.

The Anti-Monitor has brought the crisis (and Pariah) to the Marvel Universe...
He'll have to face heroes of Earth-616 and from alternate earths:
- Earth 712, (or "Earth S" or "Other-Earth"), home reality of the Squadron Supreme whose first appearance was in Avengers #85 [February 1971],
- Earth 689. Scarlet Centurion convinced this Earth's Avengers (who are basically the 60s version of their Earth-616's counterpart) to capture all other super heroes, as told in Avengers annual #2 [September 1968]
- Earth-A first appeared in Fantastic Four #118 [January 1972]. In this world, it was only Ben Grimm and Reed Richards who were aboard the attempted space flight that bombarded them with cosmic rays and granted them superhuman abilities. In this reality, Ben Grimm gained combined powers of flame and stretching to become Mr.Fantastic, while Richards became the Thing. This Earth's Johnny Storm was known as Gaard.
- WHAT IF? #6 (December 1977) answered the question: "What If the Fantastic Four Had Different Super-Powers?". In this world, Ben Grimm became Dragonfly; Reed Richards became Big Brain; Johnny Storm became Mandroid; and Sue Storm became the elastic Ultra-Woman. Later, Big Brain's form was destroyed, but not before he could transfer his mind into Dr Doom's body, displacing Doom's mind. He took the new name Mr. Fantastic.
