Description
Herb's Phantom Eagle is one of those creator owned heroes that never really "took off" at Marvel. So when I sent Herb a request for a variation of Joe Kubert's ENEMY ACE cover, he leapt at the chance. All the lettering is hand drawn onto the board, and it is spectauclar to view in person. Thanks to a Silver Age great!
