I couldn't help myself. I saw the movie, and I needed to have a piece of art inspired by it. Horror movies have been a love of mine ever since I can remember and I think Mr. Serrao captured this scene perfectly.

The movie provided a lot of imagery for Rich to be inspired by... I actually didn't commission this. He had it for sale and I couldn't pass it up.

I remember Rich's reaction to me liking his work so much - he was not used to women appreciating his work. But we all have a dark side and his style 'clicked' with mine. :)

I'll never enter another subway car without thinking of this classic film. Still sends shivers down my spine, such a great concept and a wonderfully disturbing piece.

I've never traveled by subway... I kind of want to because of this movie, as strange as it sounds. Yeah, Rich's work can tap into dark places quite well. Thanks so much for commenting! :)

Nice choice, that was a great movie! Amazing, atmospheric piece. I thought it was by Tim Bradstreet, it's so realistic and gritty.
