Aside from Russ Cochran's GRAPHIC GALLERY, I've never seen this page published. Strange for it to have made it through all the Hefner hoops to get to this stage and then not have it published...

I think you're right, Ray: the only other place I ever saw this printed was in Graphic Gallery. It's definitely not in the Playboy or DH ANNIE FANNY books. I think Denis Kitchen mentions more than one AF stories that were killed when they were fairly far along in the art process and this may have been from one...
