Description

This 1997 Steve Lightle cover features the Flash, Wally West, running with his use of the Speed Force, hence the surrounding lightning effect. Lightle has worked extensively for DC, most often as a cover artist and this has to be one of his most iconic images. This art has an image area of approximately 10" x 15".
