Green Lantern by Neal Adams

Awesome Green Lantern ink drawing by the great Neal Adams.

I met Neal Adams for the first time back in 2007 at the New York Comic Con, where he autographed his newly printed hardcover edition of Batman Illustrated Collection Volume 3.

This time, at the 2012 Miami Supercon, I got up the nerve to ask him to draw Green Lantern for me. I got to watch him actually ink much of this beauty. After he was done, he was gracious enough to let me take my picture with him (which I have also included).

I also got to attend a panel that he held with his (also talented) son. After a very interesting description of Neal's inking process & training, we somehow got into a spirited bashing of the Green Lantern movie. Personally, I have high hopes for the sequel. C'mon !!!!
