Description

Gom on Windy Mountain, Original Cover Art Painting by Ken Barr

Original painting, acrylic on illustration board measuring 15" wide by 24" tall and framed and matted using museum quality / acid-free matting, and UV-resistant acrylic plexiglass. This is a great painting.

In addition to illustrating countless book covers, Ken Barr is well-known for his comic book artwork and Doc Savage covers. In addition to cover paintings, Ken Barr was a prolific interior comic book artist doing work for such titles as Eerie, Doc Savage, G.I. Combat, and Creepy.

Grace Chetwin is best known for the Gom series, of which this cover is for book one in the series.
