Treasure Chest V3 #9 December 23rd, 1947. I have it on good authority (thanks George Hagenauer) that the artist for this piece is pulp artist Leo Morey. Classic tale of Hans Brinker and the Silver Skates. Color image of the published page and the comic is below.
