A page from my first issue of the X-Men. I've always loved Claremont's run, so this issue has always had a lot of significance to me. Trying to reread it objectively, it's kind of hard to imagine how I ever figured out what was going on. But I guess that was part of what sucked me in - trying to figure out the back-story.
