Description
This page shows Swamp Thing, Deadman and the Phantom Stranger parting ways after the climax of the American Gothic storyline. I love the irony of Deadman's line "Days like this, it's good to be alive"

I love this page. Three major characters, two great artists. Nice dialogue.

Issue 50 was my favorite Swamp Thing comic ever but I had overlooked that 51 had scenes like this until now. I'm torn between Bissette/Alcala version or the Bissette/Totleben version. Both are so different but both equally as good. Absolutely beautiful page. I'm so envious.
