Description

Here is a picture of the final clay model with the casting barrier on. We decided on a texture change in the clay to simulate a color change rather than paint the statue. He edge you see around it is where the first cast ends. once the cast is set, the clay is removed and the second half of the cast goes on. The indentations are keys so the casts can be realigned later again.
