Lee, Dean - Dawnstar prelim!

I've been chatting back and forth with fan artist Dean Lee on various yahoogroups for a couple of years now. In 2003 Dean asked for some advice on art-related stuff and I shared what limited knowledge I had; in return, Dean offered to do a commission for me. We worked out some details (Dawnstar and Dream Girl from the Legion, circa Mike Grell's art tenure in the 1970s) and right at Christmas-time 2003, I received not only the commission but all the prelim sketches he did! I like this prelim so much, I actually wanna give this one a try with the brush via my lightbox. Pencil on 8-1/2x11 paper.
