From the published 2000AD short story, Brief Encounter and also Best of 2000AD Special Edition ( 1995 ).....
The first encounter between Judge Dredd and Devlin Waugh......Comes with its original acetate overlay with speech bubbles / dialogue. Almost 20 years old and looks like new.................

Devlin Waugh...The Vatican 'enforcer' who after his encounters with Vampires in 'Swimming in Blood' ( in Aquatraz undersea prison ) is now a vampire himself.... However , that does not prevent him enjoying the 'finer' things in life. Although he does need to travel with blood bags..... Arriving in MegaCity 1, ( for a cat breeders convention ) with his luggage containing 'porn', blood bags and various prohibited items he falls foul of Dredd and the rules...............

Speaking to Sean Phillips at Comic Con (Leeds November 2012 ) he said that they had several problems with censorship issues, and speech bubbles had to be strategically placed to avoid further censorship issues regarding nudity...
