Description

"This almost-as-strange request portrays Lucy Van Pelt in another form of abstraction, melded in unsightly fashion to The Joker, a combination more along the lines of Picasso, two-dimensional rules dictating three-dimensional landscapes as Lucy’s features take a sideways relationship to The Joker’s, their twin reputations of bedevilment giving the merger some solidity, a coherence less distinguished in their respective body parts, the Clown Prince of Crime seeming to be wearing the Van Pelt girl like a backpack or puppet, her limbs appearing at odd and confusing junctures, visual testament to their unpredictable and dangerous personalities, Lucy’s infamous 'fool’s football' held like a waiting weapon in The Joker’s bony, gloved hand."
