Description

NEAL ADAMS drew this for me as a convention commision at the 2012 Long Beach Comic Expo Convention on Saturday, November 3, 2012 to Sunday, November 4, 2012 where I picked it up from him.

Jim Steranko designed this costume and the character, POLARIS (Lorna Dane) which debuted in X-Men #50, with her as the green haired daughter of Magneto, but Neal Adams rendered her beautifully during his run on The X-Men (#56-63 & #65) back over 40 years ago, and it's her most popular costume.
