Description

Years ago, Phil Hale drew several stories for EPIC ILLUSTRATED including a one-pager called "In the future there will be no manners." It was Phil's obvious homage to Frazetta and the art was a combination of pieced together drawings (some inked, some penciled) on vellum that he scanned and finished in Photoshop. One day he sent a partial of the page to us as a present; where the rest is...?
