Justice Machine #7 Back Cover Blazer

This is the back cover to Justice Machine #7, 1987. The artist here, Michael Gustovich, owned the series and characters and later sold them. Justice Machine’s first run was a mere 5 issues, running from (Cover dates) June 1981 to Winter 1983. It's life in comic has been intermittent, note that in 1987, they were only up to #7. According to a 2012 YouTube video, there is a Justice Machine graphic novel which either has come out or is going to come out. This picture appeared at least twice in the comics, once as shown and once with an urban background. It appears without a background in the Youtube video announcing the team’s revival. It also is the image of choice in the character’s online bio. It appears to be the iconic image of Blazer. Blazer is a kind of Human Torch, fire and flying.
