damn it.
this is a BIG poster Spain gave me one July 4th a few years ago (2007) when he and Trina Robbins were teaching a summer program nearby. We took these legendary underground artists out for dinner and caught the fireworks from the nearby stadium as we left. I believe this is the first comic style artwork of Conan, done before Marvel started their version.
I wish I had known more about Spain at the time.
I wish I had been luckier at collecting his work.
Completely impressed by his intellect and legacy.

Conan as he should have been done, namely in the vein of Trashman. I would have loved to see the non-Code version instead of the sanitized Marvel product. Hail Spain. He is missed. How big exactly is this monster poster?

Hail Lars! The image and text is 20"x26" Not sure what that is in metric system terms... :)
