As a huge Green Lantern fan, it had long been a collecting target of mine to pick up a Neal Adams cover from the pivotal run of issues #76-89 that many view as the start of comics' Bronze Age, including the iconic covers to #76, 85, and 89.

When I was able to pick up the one cover, to #88, that featured both the Silver Age and Golden age iterations of the character, there was no way I could turn down the opportunity.

I love pretty much everything about the cover--from the dynamic poses of Hal Jordan and Alan Scott, to the breathless stats promising adventure within, to the lantern framing device, and yes, finally, that dinosaur. I'm very grateful to give this piece a home, and to have had the opportunity to make this acquisition.
