I hadn't been reading The Dark Tower Comic series from Marvel much until The Battle of Tull because I am not a fan of Roland's past. My favorite parts of Stephen King's epic book series are the ones with the main ka-tet of Roland, Jake, Susannah, Eddie, and Oy. I hope to collect what I can from KEY moments of each character over the course of the entire run.

When I opened to this page in the comic I knew I had to own the OA for it. THIS piece is what perfectly exemplifies The Dark Tower saga. Jake is in the foreground (like a reflection in glass) in one world, with the silhouette of his home world location of New York behind him. A great mood piece, and it looks stunning with it's simplicity on my wall at home. A big thank you to Laurence Campbell and Gosh Comics in London for getting this into my hands!
