Spring-Heeled Jack

This is the super-hero version of the 19th Century folkloric character.

"avenger of the night" character - more like a violent Creeper type of character. Seems otherworldly and plays that up. His "public persona" is a terrifying, demonic force of nature and vengeance.

In "reality", he's rational, logical, deliberate. Extremely athletic, skilled fighter, early parkour practitioner with explains witness testimony saying he can leap 9 feet in the air (apparent).
