Description

An animated-style commission had been on my to-do list for some time when I got word of artist - Jovenal Mendoza - whose technique leans in that very direction.

Baseball fans will note that this is one very clear instance where "Mendoza's Line" is a very, very good thing. In short order, Jovenal delivered a keen reinterpretation of the cover to Marvel Two in One 76, with some key changes made at my request - most notably, the substitution of Princess Python as the main figure on the left side. Other characters present are the Thing, Cannonball, Fire Breather, Iceman, Giant Man and the Crafty Clown (from the Circus of Crime).

Inks here were provided by the amazing Gary Martin. I'm a happy, repeat customer of Gary's and recommend you get in touch with him via his gallery right here on CAF.

WOW! Nice layout, but Gary's inks are spectacular. He made the Princess go from stunning to absolutely beautiful!
