Bayou vol 1 pg 89 by Jeremy Love (FIRST APPEARANCE)

1 of 3 pieces from Bayou I picked up from Jeremy at LBCC a couple years back. This is the first full splash reveal of the character the story is named after. Bayou was released under DC’s online Zuda imprint before going to print over 2 trade paperbacks. It’s a great character driven story set in both real and fantasy worlds – a young girl on a journey through a strange land to save her father. Reminds me of Alice in Wonderland amidst the backdrop of the Reconstruction era South. Unique story with nice art by Jeremy and I’m glad to own this important piece.
