This item is in NEAR MINT condition (Brand-new), with very light handling and corner wear....NOTE: Doug uses lots of his pieces in story board format...meaning they are hung up, in this case with pins. So there are small pin holes on the outer edges...

Created: 2012....on Medium to heavy stock paper....
