Actually, this page appeared as the second story in Love and Marriage 11 (not 1) in 1953 and was reprinted by IW in 1958. It is definitely not Baker (sorry)... maybe Kamen but my guess is John Forte. Even still, so many hands touched the pages in the Iger shop it could be many people on the same page. Regardless, it is an excellent example!

Thanks for the additional info. Looking at the other pages in the story I still think Baker was involved although I agree it doesn't show up much in this splash.
