Love all these Johnny Comet comic strips! Frazetta had a real feel for the pacing of comic strips. I love the characters he developed. They feel fresh and real and believable. You WANT the characters to succeed. Love the composition of the opening panel here with Johnny asking about Jean. Fun scene behind the boss of a mechanic working on an engine. The second panel has a splendid close-up of the funny-looking boss, And the final scene, with Johnny looking totally down the dumps is a great ending. You really feel for the poor guy. Great pick-up!

Yes, holding and seeing these strips in person is a real treat.
