DescriptionCover for SUPERMAN (v2) #67 (1992) - Swarm Of Destruction.Superman's last stand against the Kirby krackle ?! :) Easily one of the finest covers from Dan Jurgens & Brett Breeding's classic run. This issue came out a short while before the famous (or infamous) Death Of Superman storyline and set the bar regarding the destruction scenes expected to be found the DOOMSDAY story line. Doomsday, however, never put as much damage to Metropolis as this Swarm thing. IMO, around this issue is the time in which Jurgens and Breeding where totally in sync, producing some of the best works of their careers. I hope to be able to post some better images soon. When I think of supreman, it's always Swan, Byrne and Jurgens!! This is a magnificent cover !

Grats on picking up a fabulous cover from the early Jurgens - Breeding run on Superman. I think this transitional period before Doomsday is very under rated and can only go up in value. Thanks for sharing.
