DescriptionOne of the classic images by Big John fro his prime period working on Conan. The portfolio published by Sal Quartruchio in 1980 has some great art all by John but this is far and away the best piece from it. I have always admired it, classic Buscema woman with John's favorite character. I haven't received it yet (will be awhile) but I wanted to post it. The highlight of the year. Enjoy.Social/Sharing |

Nothing better than Big John on Big John. Wondered who would end up with this, congrats on a grail-level acquisition...

Absolutely fantastic. I've been an admirer of Buscema for as long as I can remember being interested in art of any kind. John's work at it's best is a combination of raw power and graceful elegance.For my tastes, as far as pure drawing goes nobody in comics has surpassed Buscema. Congratulations Mr. peck.
