In Honor of Cardy's recent death - this is from 1943 I think the only time he drew Lost World - the story was reprinted i nthe early 1950's a second time

Love the look of these vintage pages! Interesting to see that the layout and drawing on this is tighter than what came later. Happens a lot with comic artists as they realize they have to come up with a way to work faster to make a living.
