Description

I have wanted a great Virgil Finlay piece for some time, and this one certainly fits the bill. The detail on this piece is unreal (check out the detailed photos below), and the subject matter is fantastic. Published in the pulp magazine "Famous Fantastic Mysteries" in 1942, from the story "The Golden City." Big thanks go to Neil and Leigh Mechem, the wonder brothers from Canada, for letting this beauty go.
