Description

I was such a huge fan of the Marvel UK line when it first launched in the early 1990s, and Dark Angel was my favourite of the lot (in no small part due to the stellar art work of Geoff Senior). So there was no way I was going to miss out on this recent series, reviving many of these characters.

Mark Brooks did such phenomenal work on all these covers, but given the above, this one was my favourite. I actually enquired with Mark as soon as the image was released to see if it was available, but didn't get a response and so moved on to other things.

Fast forward to LSCC this weekend and saw this available at Mark's booth - and within my price range too!

I had been gutted to miss out on Mark's pre-con list for LSCC but in the end this worked out so much better!

I have a soft spot for the Marvel UK line as well, but I dare say this may be the best drawn version of Hell's Angel yet :) Great piece!
