Description

When I was a kid it was mostly Silver-Age Marvels that I read, but those big 80 page DC books always were a blast to read,,,amazing bang for a quarter ! ...and Supergirl was always floating around somewhere.....now this is my "gentle" take on the current revamped version......sorta of a "teasing cheerleader", type.............300. and she flys away with you..........or if you going to be at Super-Con, May 20th-21st in Oakland, you can just pick her up at the show...should be a good time..!!!!!!!!!

Another face I recognize but can't quite place! Hey Mike, are these photo referenced? Anyway, solid figure work and those trademark logos (all hand drawn of course) are a great touch! I think the Echantress piece just edges this one out for me, but still a beauty! Again, great job buddy!

The logos are "Ray Lago's" fault..he used do these water color- "sketchagraph" cards, and put these beautiful little logos on them, so it just seemed natural to put them on full-size piups, and it helps them stand out from many other artists who do pinups as well....and sure, after a piece is sketched upped, I'll look at a bit of reference to check & mold a drawing...it keeps them from being too "cartoony".

I'll try to keep tha in mind too! Great work on the Kandorian or Kryptonian S-Girl, we just don't who she is, these days! lol

Nice work !!! like it a lot , I seem to recgonize a bit of Darryl Hanna in the face . Just to make sure , that's not an insult I think it's an awesome rendition of Supergirl .
