Description

Jedi mind trick was one of just a few Force powers introduced in A New Hope. We got to see other Jedi abilities, some very impressive ones in later films, but the Jedi mind trick was a very cool introduction to the Force which added more fascination to Star Wars when I watched it for the first time.

This fantastic Nowlan piece was part of a variant cover series that Marvel launched in 2017 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Wars. I love that Nowlan drew the word bubble with the iconic line on the cover. There are 48 different covers in this series, each showcasing a classic moment from A New Hope by various artists.

Marvel put out so many variants, it's hard to keep track. It's probably making the comic book collectors trying to get all the covers bonkers. :)

Stunning cover for Star Wars #31 Anniversary Cover. Love Kevin Nowlan's art here. His rendition of the classic scene between the Stormtroopers and Obi Wan and Luke is spot on! Beautifully pencilled and masterfully inked, this variant is glorious! Fabulous pick-up, congrats!
