Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips are going down as one of the great Writer/Artist teams ever. They've managed to produce some of the most consistently good and entertaining stories for nearly 2 decades.

This is the cover to the ever expensive Deluxe Edition as well as Issue 2 of the 2nd volume. Finally a new printing of Volume 1 will be released in 2021 through Image Comics. This is just a fantasic image that both speaks to the series and stands on it's own as a wonderfully gritty piece of art.

Congrats!, Phillips does great covers for these books and this is no exception. I slept on their work for too long, finally read The Fadeout and now i'm hooked.

Fadeout was the first story I read from them too! Consistently good. Should read Pulp. Fantastic!

Lovely, lovely piece! I love his painted work. I own the cover to the Fatale deluxe volume 1 and it's a sight. I wish I could see this one in person.

Criminal is Sean and Ed's best book and this is probably THE cover for the series I remember most. Great pick up. I love it when Sean chanels those 60's pulp covers.
