This is pretty big…ever since I first saw a piece of original Struzan art (Thanks to fellow CAF member RF 😊) I had wanted something memorable for myself, but I never dreamed that this could be a Star Wars Final Key Movie Poster artwork…

The final painted key artwork for the promotional advance movie poster, that Disney issued at its massive D23 convention in August 2015…the artboard is a whooping 113cm x 76cm, with the artwork being almost as large (please have a look at the additional pictures)…as far as I know this is the only Star Wars Final Key Movie Poster Artwork outside of the collection of George Lucas…

Wonderful with the actor likenesses and all the symbolic imagery. Struzan made Ford look so much the curmudgeon and screen accurate to our delight.

Wow, Harrison looks old; really old. He must have been pretty tired of Han by this point. No wonder he wanted to get killed in the film. Mark lasted longer. Super artwork by the always fabulous Drew!

By far my favorite of the new trilogy. This painting is EPIC! It's awesome, it's glorious, it's spectacular! One of the best Struzan paintings I've seen in a while. Really, congratulations! Wow!
