Inferno #1 begins Jonathan Hickman�s final X-Men story.

Destiny's (Irene Adler's) message to Mystique: �There will be an island � not the first, but the last. This place will seem to be hope for our kind. When those days come, remember these words: BRING ME BACK. And if you cannot� if they will not� then burn that place to the ground.�

I love this beautiful cover by David Nakayama! Mystique's shapeshifting powers are beautifully depicted with David's ('color bleed') artistic technique. I have included an image of the final published cover for comparison with the hand-drawn original art.

The strokes of color applied do not take into account the outline of Mystique's figure as she blends into the background because of the chameleon that she is.

A cool cover by an amazing artist for art from a very special series, featuring one very gorgeous gal, the always mysterious Mystique. Absolutely loving this original art, huge congrats!
