Did not hesitate to snag this one when Anthony showed it on Dueling Dealers. Right in the sweet spot - Frenz. Surfer. Phoenix. Complete no-brainer!
Beautifully rendered in pencil. As time goes on I appreciate Ron Frenz as an artist more and more.

All the tricks in the book pulled out to have so much energy and movement on paper! You can see artistic influences stretching way back in marvel lore for these two characters. A child of light and darkness vs the sky rider of the spaceways! Both powerful cosmic forces bringing their best to the fight!

Anthony always has a big bag of surprises on dueling dealers and this Ron Frenz is amazing. two iconic characters that our beloved and are around each other enough. congrats

I agree. As time goes by, I appreciate Ron's art more and more. This is a great battle scenes of Dark Phoenix and the Silver Surfer.
