Description

I'm a big fan of Tony's work and I was really bummed that I missed the cutoff for his list at Baltimore 2006. I was glad to hear that he would be at New York Comic Con 2007, and I made it a point to get there as early as I could on the first day to try to get on his list. I was a bit disheartened at the long line and the fact that some artists had taken lists before the show, but when I got to Tony's table, he hadn't even arrived, so I had hope... hope which faded as he still hadn't arrived a half hour into the show. I had started to leave and head toward the exit of Artist's Alley when I noticed Tony coming up the escalator, so I bolted back to his table and managed to retain my first position. Needless to say, it was worth it.

I happened to be at Tony's table right when he was finishing this one, and I've got to say that as nice as it looks scanned it's even nicer in person! Excellent pickup!
