DescriptionA dear friend gave Michael my sketchbook to do a piece as a gift for me. Some time passed and this masterpiece was delivered to me! Needless to say, I was floored!!! My wife happened to be with me and when she saw the look on my face, she said, "I still don't get all this but if it makes you this happy, then cool!" :) Much thanks to the incomparable Michael Golden!!!! :)Social/Sharing |

this should be in a frame on a wall...and not in a sketchbook...Great drawing...Golden is Magic !!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. I'm sure there was a wait, and as you can see, it was obviously worth every second. Beautiful!

Pretty darn cool. It's amazing how much his style has changed over the years. Put this next to something he did in the late 80's and you'd never know it was the same person.

This is a very detailed piece ! I also received a commission by Michael Golden this year, and his work has been consistantly awesome and he put for great efforts in delivering me a creative and quality piece as well.

Way to go - its a pitch-perfect Batman commission, with Batman investigating a tantalizing trail of joker-fish!

Finally somebody mentions the Joker Fish!! There is another interesting Joker element in the piece as well...

Golden always tells a story with his work. Obviously this is a immediate aftermath of a fight with the Joker. You can still see the shadow of Joker's hand as he is falling off the roof. Great piece!
